ゲストハウス庵（いおり）大阪 に、革職人のご夫婦が来られました！
羽曳野には乗馬クラブがあり、そこの馬の馬具の革製品を取り扱っておられるとのことでゲストハウス庵に宿泊されました。以前も千葉の方が庵に宿泊されて、ここ羽曳野にある、その乗馬クラブの本社に行かれていましたが、このたびのご夫婦は全国の支店にも出向いて行かれているとのことで、お仕事で全国を回られているそうです。日本全体で、数十年前と比べて馬の数が減り、それに伴って馬の革製品を扱う職人さんの数も減っているそうです。その分、ご夫妻の仕事は多いとのことです。
また、旦那様は海外数か国にお友達がおられ、音楽がお好きで、庵のスタッフと音楽の話で盛り上がり、一緒にギターを弾いて楽しい夜となりました！
今回は、庵に飾ってあるクラシックギターでブリティッシュ・ロックやアメリカン・ロックの曲を弾きましたが、「今度はギター持参で来ます」と言ってくださいました～！🎸
また音楽やりましょう！！
Leather artisans, a wife and husband, came to stay at Guest House Ioly Osaka!
There is a horseback riding club in Habikino, and the artisans sell and fix harnesses and other leather products there, so they stayed at the Guest House. There was another guest from Chiba before, who came to stay at Ioly to go to the same horseback riding club because the one in Habikino is their headquarters, but this couple deal with all the other branches nationwide as well, so they travel all around Japan! The husband said that there have been much fewer horses in Japan than a few decades ago, so there have been fewer artisans working on horse products, as well, which have been giving constant jobs to the couple. Also, the husband has quite a few friends overseas, and he loves music, and he and the Ioly staff member had a whale of time talking about music, and we played guitar together!
We played the classical guitar that belongs to Ioly to play British and American rock tunes, but he said he'll bring his own guitar next time!
