先月、大阪府在住の韓国人女性がゲストハウス庵（いおり）大阪 に宿泊されました！
とても日本語が堪能な大学生で、日本には一年間の留学中。大学の春休みを利用して台湾やベトナムに旅行に行こうという予定だったそうですが、新型コロナウイルスの影響でキャンセルに。ずっと大学の寮にいることにフラストレーションを感じ、近場の宿を見つけて投宿されたという次第でした。
食材を買ってチェックインされ、晩ごはんは自炊。庵のラウンジで庵スタッフと一緒に晩ごはんを食べながらいろいろな話で盛り上がりました。幼い頃にご家族で日本に住んでいたらしく、初恋の相手は幼稚園のときの男の子だったとか。また、繊細な色彩の絵も描かれるとのことで、スマートフォンの画面で作品をいくつか見せて下さりました。
翌日も午後までゆっくりされてチェックアウトされました。

A Korean lady living in Osaka came to stay at Guest House Ioly Osaka last month!
She spoke really good Japanese, and she goes to a university in Osaka while she's staying in Japan for a year. She was going to travel to Taiwan and Vietnam during her spring holiday, but they're all cancelled because of the coronavirus. Being frustrated stuck in her dorm, she found a guest house nearby.
She came in with grocery in her bag, and cooked dinner for herself at the Guest House's kitchen. She dined with the Ioly staff and we chatted about a lot of things. Apparently, she was living in Japan as a young kid with her family, and she told me that her first crush was a boy in her kindergarten! She also likes to draw pictures and she showed me her works on her smartphone. They were great!
She stayed at the Guest House until the afternoon the following day, lounging around, before she checked out.
